Enterprise and Training Agency (SEATA) was
established in 1992 as a not-for-profit company limited by
guarantee SEATA is now a fully established Enterprise Agency
regulated by the Department for Business and Enterprise
Regulatory Reform (BERR)
To date we have successfully delivered the following
programmes:
- Access to Finance Service
- Pathways to employment Services
- Youth into Business Initiative
- Prince’s Youth Business Trust Enterprise Initiative
- CV development workshops
- Personal development and assertiveness training
- Business advice seminars and Business planning
workshops
We have also developed effective working partnerships with
private, voluntary and public sector organizations to make a
significant impact on developing the local economy through
innovative employment, self-employment and vocational training
initiatives.
To date we are ISO 9001 Quality Management accredited. We are
now in the process of acquiring further Quality management
status which will include Customer First, Investors in People,
Matrix and PQASSO accreditation. Already, some of
our consultants are members of the Institute of Business
Advisors, & eventually all our consultants will become SFEDI
(Small Firms Economic Development Initiative) qualified.
